Join us for an experience that brings together kundalini breathwork and human design.
This offering is perfect for those of you who have had an introduction to human design or are interested in learning more about living in alignment with your heart center and want to engage in heart opening yoga to further connect with your intuition.
Amy Litteral is an accomplished writer, wife, mother, speaker, meditation and kundalini yoga instructor. She finds enrichment in helping children and adults learn about spirituality through yoga/meditation and other mindfulness practices.
Alison Rojas Metcalfe is founder of Salud, wife, mother, and human design guide. She has facilitated a variety of local retreats, human design parenting workshops and women’s circles that celebrate and connect women.

Massage a pea sized amount of scrub onto dry skin for a minute then lay a very warm towel over face to steam skin. Gently removed scrub with your towel. For best results, use this method weekly.
