Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you directly.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the most efficient option available.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
